Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 10, 2026
Welcome to Dragon Pool Services. By requesting or accepting our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Dragon Pool Services agrees to provide pool maintenance, repair, or renovation services as outlined in your specific service plan or estimate.
- Routine Maintenance: Includes chemical balancing, debris removal, and equipment checks.
- Repairs/Upgrades: Performed only upon written or verbal authorization from the Client.
2. Access to Property
The Client must ensure that Dragon Pool Services has clear and safe access to the pool area on the scheduled service day.
- Gates: All gates must be unlocked or a code/key provided.
- Pets: For the safety of our technicians and your animals, pets must be secured inside the home or away from the pool area during service.
- Obstructions: The area surrounding the pool equipment must be kept clear of debris or storage items.
3. Payment Terms
- Billing: Services are typically billed monthly or per-job, as agreed upon at start-up.
- Due Date: Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
- Late Fees: A late fee of 10% (or the maximum allowed by law) may be applied to balances overdue by 30 days or more.
- Suspension: We reserve the right to pause service if an account has an outstanding balance beyond 45 days.
4. Water Levels and Chemicals
- Water Levels: It is the Client’s responsibility to maintain the proper water level. If the water is too low, we may be unable to run the pump or perform service, and a trip fee may still apply.
- Chemicals: While we balance the water, external factors (heavy rain, high bather load, or extreme heat) can affect chemistry between visits.
5. Liability & Limitations
- Pre-existing Conditions: Dragon Pool Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, structural issues, or aging equipment.
- Weather: We are not liable for pool conditions resulting from “Acts of God” (e.g., floods, freezes, or severe storms).
- Safety: While we maintain the water, the Client is responsible for ensuring the pool area meets all local safety and fencing ordinances.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Any unpaid balances for services already rendered will become due immediately upon termination.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
